B2B eXperts Talk online video series targeting IATA travel agents in the Americas region to train and answer frequently asked questions.

The production in New York City (2018) and Toronto (2019) show Lufthansa Group employees explaining important topics and repeating question to their peers.

General goals: Produce an ongoing LHG video series explaining various day-to-day B2B servicing topics in a fun and entertaining way.

Videos were offered on various internal platforms including subtitles in French, Portugues and Spanish. 

To make sure only the latest content as well as licence copy rights are not infringed, video streaming links were provided, to maintain control over the content within the Lufthansa Group at all times.
